TheabilitytodetectthephosphorylationofEGFRandERKsimultaneouslyallowsresearcherstoprofileEGFmediatedMAPKactivationwithinacelltypeofinterest.Alterationsinthesesignalingprofilescanbeusedtomonitortheeffectofaparticularupstreamtreatmenttargetingthepathway.
